Bookings can be rescheduled up to 1 week of arrival, at our discretion, subject to availability.
No refunds within a period of 2 weeks of arrival, exception could be made on the reletting by Lower Hill Campsite of the unit, at our discretion.
A £5 administration fee will be applied against refunds for camping, caravans or motorhome pitches.
A £5 per £100 administration fee will be applied against refunds for glamping units.
Lower Hill Campsite has a strict, enforced policies as follows;
No music to be played after 10pm.
Quiet time from 11pm to 7am.
Pitches, units or individuals causing disruption will be asked to leave, at the owner’s discretion.
We do not accept bookings from groups of more than 2 people between the ages of 16 and 25 years (with the exception of D of E bookings, please call direct to book).
Arrival time for campers is 12pm. Departure time for campers is 11.30am.
Arrival time for glamping accommodation is 2pm. Departure time for glamping accommodation is 10.30am. (Late departure when available £5 extra)
Visitors are allowed on site from 11am – 9pm at an additional charge of; £1.50 per adult, £1.00 per child, £1.50 per car.
Well behaved dogs are welcome, to be kept on a lead please. There is an additional cost for dogs in the glamping units.
Bedding is inclusive in the price of some glamping units, hire of double and single sets is available.
Terms and conditions .
All activities and music during your stay at Lower Hill Campsite should not disrupt others. Pitches, units or individuals causing disruption will be asked to leave, at the owner’s discretion.

Lower Hill Campsite is situated on a grassed, terraced hillside, please wear suitable footwear. Please use the gravel pathways provided.
Please bring a torch (torches) for your stay, the site is mainly lit with solar lights to preserve the dark sky status.
A cleaning and damage bond of £100 each unit will be charged against your payment card (or required paid in cash) on bookings for the Wrekin Lodge, Kestrel Safari Tent and Roundhouses.
A cleaning and damage bond of £25 each unit will be charged against your payment card (or required paid in cash) on bookings for the Shacks, Shepherd’s hut and Buzzard pod.
Please leave glamping units clean and tidy by 10.30am (12.30pm late check out).
All campfires, fire pits or BBQs are required to be off the ground.
No fireworks or Chinese lanterns allowed.
No camping equipment or tents to be left in the bin area. Please give prior notice and bring them to the farm.
There are instructions in each glamping unit which has a wood fired hot tub. Please read them before using, if you have any questions or problems, text Rita on 07966 491 319.
The wood fired hot tub is pre heated, please see instructions how to top up with logs to maintain the temperature. (Additional logs are available to purchase from the Honesty shop).
Children under 8 should be accompanied to the Honesty shop.
Swings and play equipment are to be used by young children, with adult supervision.
Lower Hill Campsite provides ‘fun fishing’ at a rate of £5.00 per adult per day, £2.50 per child per day. Please pay before fishing. Please note, the pools are not suitable for the serious angler.

Location & Directions
From Much Wenlock take the B4371 towards Church Stretton.
After 3 miles take the right fork for Hughley.
The farm is 1/3 of a mile down the hill on the right-hand-side, sign posted Lower hill farm.
